I’ve been doing some Christmas shopping over the break. While I was browsing around on the Etsy site, I decided to take and see if they use any sprite images on the site. It turns out I uncovered two right from the front page of the site. I’ve included them below. I was excited to see that one is a collection of animated GIFs.
Looking a little further into the site I came across a giant sprite image that loads once a viewer begins looking at personal collections.
