I wanted to use a picture I took on my drive home from Anchorage last April. I used it as a banner for one of the travel companies in Alaska, specifically the railroad tours. Kept the banner simple and neat as not to take away from the photo underneath. I did improve the contrast and color of the original photo, and resized it to the correct size. Its total size was 156 kb which isn’t too big for a banner. I didn’t want the quality of the picture to be lost since that is kind of the point of this picture.
This is a beautiful picture. These pictures are worth more than words. No wonder people travel to Alaska! Our scenery is awesome. Great banner too! 😀
